harini, 26 nov 07, cuaca cam biasa sejuk kat luar rumah dan dlm rumah 6°C, dr pagi sampai ptg kene attend research network comm. course kat caledonian univ. quite modern univ. compared to strathclyde univ. skang 4 pm + dah maghrib, so siang pendek, malam mmg panjang...puashati kalau tido..balik rumah blasah dinner,pastuh budak2 suh baca buku -masa utk tido, amir start tido dulu,akif 2nd tido...afiq last...abis 1-2 cerita,seme tido termasuk mak bapak  ,kat sini parents di galakkan baca buku utk anak2 sblm tido...mcm skolah amir ,skolah akan bagi buku tiap2 minggu utk baca,once habis kene bawak balik n tukar buku lain, kalau hilang bayar £2 
sekian shj laporan dr glasgow yg sejuk....

first time belom sampai glasgow,terfikir jugak dlm hati camne la budak2 ni nak survive,luckily area yg kita org duduk ni dominated by pakistan,scottish and malaysian, so snang la skit hati, skolah kat sini 5 thn dah masuk primary 1,so amir dah start masuk primary, dia happy je duk kat skolah, maklum la byk aktiviti, skolah start 9 sampai 3 ptg,breakfast provided, lunch pun provided, so soal makan tak payah runsing, sbb ada halal meal yg diserve, makanan pun council jaga, ada standard nutrition yg kene amik, such as protein,carb. byk mana,fat byk mana, so pendek kata kerja mak dan ayah cuma menghantar saja,sblm ni mmg kitorang prepare lunch box, sbb scottish gov. baru announce pilot project utk lunch,diorang nak test how far effect makanan berkhasiat utk perkmbgan budak2 skolah, kalau tak silap dorang spend few million pound utk projek ni,

BRITZ- a controversial UK drama?

i have been waiting since last week to watch this drama, it took 2 days to complete 1 story.started at 9-11 wow what a coincidence!!!just realised 911 hmmm...
definitely this kinda show cant be aired in my home country Msia, i enjoyed the story ,camera works and mood of the story,but lots of arguement can be argued...it's a bit sensitive to talk about religions, especially portraying other ppl religion from your point of view,needs a very careful study and research,
synopsis
Britz
Channel 4's new two-part drama series Britz, which starts on Wednesday night has already caused controversy.
It's about British Muslims and their response to 9/11 and tells the story of a brother and sister. The brother joins MI5, whilst the sister becomes the first British female suicide bomber.
The British Muslim Forum has called for the programme to be dropped because they claim it reinforces stereotypes.
Simon Mayo's TV panel will be reviewing the programme today (Monday 26th) after 3pm and interviewing the executive producer of the programme, and Victoria will talk to people who've seen it on her show on Thursday between 9 and 12.

selamat hari raya drp kami di glasgow
raya di sini takde sgt beza ngan Msia cuma baju la paling beza , kalau kat msia baju slapis pun dah cukup, kat sini 2-3 lapis tu masih lagi sejuk...raya tahun ni tak de baju baru.cuma baju sejuk saja...
malam sebelum raya, takbir dr rumah ke rumah,rumah scottish tak masuk list
muka2 yg tgh khusyuk bertakbir,ada juga yg teringat kg halaman kat msia
part lepas takbir, masa ni seme cerah mata,dan segar.......
pagi raya,smayang raya ada 2 sesi, satu arab n satu urdhu, aku sempat gi sessi urdu,hantam saja la...lepas tu terus membelasah di rumah abg salim, mcm2 ada, nasi himpit,lodeh, etc...nasi tomato...
antara yg meramaikan lagi majlis rumah terbuka....
mencari rumah mangsa ke2, di annette street,rumah shahbudin plak...
bersama dgn salah sorang sheikh arab yg ada di govanhill,tp dia tak pandai ckp arab cuma baju je arab,
aku yg takde baju raya
budak2 bujang yg riang tak terkira pabila ada rumah terbuka... 
amir n afiq dgn baju mlayu mereka-afiq yg cuba ditenangkan oleh abgnya sbb dpt pakai baju melayu
open house kat rumah-menu ala kadar tp jemputan sampai ke malam
member kamcing,nazri yg dtg glasgow semata2 utk berhari raya, dtg dr Msia..heheheh...
